WEPCO PAL Plus & Mobile App Password Requirement!

On April 15, 2024, we updated the password standards for our PAL Plus Online Account Access and the Mobile App.  A more complex password reduces the likelihood of a hacker discovering it. 

Your password must be:

• A minimum of 15 characters in length; and
• Contains at least 1 character from each of the following categories:
  • Uppercase letters
  • Lowercase letters
  • Numbers
  • Special characters

If your current password fails to meet all of the above requirements, you will be forced to change it starting April 15.  All profiles that have been set up through the mobile app will need to be updated to meet the new password requirements.
