Qwik Draft Bill Payer

Qwik Draft Bill Payer is our online and mobile Bill Payer service. You can use it to pay your one-time or recurring bills to save time and money. Qwik Draft is free to all members with a checking account. Any member that has been inactive for 90 days on Qwik Draft will be deactivated.

Some vendors are available for eBill, which links your online vendor account with Bill Payer for easy access to your statements. Some additional features of bill payer are:

  • Set up one-time or recurring payments.
  • Pay a person by sending money via email, text or check.
  • Transfer money from WEPCO to another financial institution.
  • Send gifts or donations to a recipient.
  • See a topical view of the month and how your bills are scheduled.

Money Manager

Our free online financial management tool can help you save money, budget and track your net worth! Find money-saving opportunities, review your spending habits, and earn financial rewards tailored just for you!

It will be deactivated if not accessed after 6 months. 

FI-to-FI Transfers

Transfer funds to and/or from accounts or loans at other financial institutions within PAL Plus Online Account Access!

Enroll through our PAL Plus Online Account Access by sending a secure message to request enrollment or contact us directly.

Cross-Reference Accounts

Cross-Reference links your selected WEPCO accounts together to quickly and easily move funds between accounts via a single sign on to your main account through PAL Plus Online Account Access or our WEPCO Mobile App. You must complete an application at any branch and be authorized to access all accounts.

Transfer to Any Account

Transfer to Any Account is available to all members through PAL Plus Online Account Access or our WEPCO Mobile App. Move your funds to any other member’s account or loan as long as you know their account number, last name and share or loan ID.

WEPCO Mobile App

Access our PAL Plus services with our mobile app, which is available for download through the App Store or Google Play. It works on any mobile phone that is web-enabled and has a wireless data connection2. Enroll to securely access your accounts or loans, view balances and history, and make financial transactions anytime and anywhere.

Remote Deposit Capture (RDC)

Deposits checks3 on the go! Available only our WEPCO Mobile, it is as simple as 1, 2, 3!

  1. Endorse your check(s) and write the words “Mobile Deposit Only” and your account number.
  2. Take a picture of the front and back.
  3. Submit and wait for the check to be deposited.
