Best of all, these services are FREE to you, our WEPCO members, and you self-enroll at any time through our website or on your smartphone:
1. PAL Plus Online Account Access, our online platform, that includes:
- Transfers to any other WEPCO account.
- FI-to-FI Transfers – Make deposits or withdrawals to external accounts in your name (subject to eligibility).
- Money Manager – Set up a budget and track your expenses.
- Messages – Chat online with our support staff if you have any questions.
2. WEPCO Mobile App, which is available on the Apple App Store or Google Play and includes:
- Remote Deposit Anywhere – Deposit your check by taking an image of it through your phone.
- Messages – Chat with our support staff through your phone.
3. PAL Telephone Account Access, which you can reach by calling toll-free 877-937-2672.
Finally, if you call in, you can be directed to the right person by going through the prompts, instead of holding for the next representative. For example, if you would like to speak with a loan officer, press 4 on the main menu, then select the location, and you will be connected to the loan officer there.
