WEPCO PAL Plus & Mobile Password Requirement

On April 15, 2024, we’re updating the password standards for our PAL Plus Online Account Access and the Mobile App.  A more complex password reduces the likelihood of a hacker discovering it. 

Your password must be:

• A minimum of 15 characters in length; and
• Contains at least 1 character from each of the following categories:
• Uppercase letters
• Lowercase letters
• Numbers
• Special characters

If your current password fails to meet all of the above requirements, you will be forced to change it starting April 15.  To change your password prior to this date, login to PAL Plus or the Mobile App, click or tap your name, go to any Settings option, choose Security and update accordingly.
