WEPCO Pal is a telephone service that allows you to have quick access to your account. Just call 301-359-3970 or toll free at 877-937-2672 and you’ll have access to your account. Once you call the number, you will be prompted to enter your account number and the access code you chose on the application. It is very easy and safe to use. You can choose the service you need by using the WEPCO Pal Service Code card. You can pick a card up at any location. So, basically, dial the pal telephone number, enter your account number and access code, and then enter the code for the services you need to use.

 

WEPCO Pal Plus is an Internet service that allows you to have quick access to your account. First you need to bring up our website at www.wepcofcu.com. Once you have accessed the website click on the Pal Plus tab in the top right corner. From there, you will be prompted to enter your account number and the access code you chose on the enclosed application, then click the continue tab. Once you press continue this logs you into your account. From there you can check balances, make payments, transfer funds, along with many other transactions. This service is very safe and easy to use as well.
