QWIK DRAFT Qwik Draft - our bill payment service. Pay bills online using Qwik Draft. The service is FREE for the first six months, then continues to be FREE for members with direct deposit or payroll deductions. For others, there will be a $5.00 monthly fee for unlimited transactions.
